Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Senior SharePoint Application Specialist to provide expert SharePoint support, design, build, test, train, and support across the enterprise. The hybrid role is based in Southlake, TX, with two weeks on-site per quarter, and involves improving the intranet, workflows, and integrations for hundreds of users.

You will lead governance, security, and documentation efforts while collaborating with leaders to translate needs into scalable SharePoint solutions and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SharePoint administration in an enterprise.
• Experience creating a corporate intranet on SharePoint and leading rollout projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting using ULS logs, browser tools and PowerShell.
• Ability to translate business needs into SharePoint solutions and explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to problem solver for advanced SharePoint issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for SharePoint support.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and implement new features, workflows, and integrations for hundreds of users.
• Lead migration of legacy content and rollout of new collaboration tools.
• Create clear documentation and run training sessions.
• Ensure governance and security compliance across SharePoint resources.
