Job summary
Influxinfosys is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Administrator in Tallahassee, FL, to support enterprise collaboration, information governance, and compliance initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years IT experience in systems administration, collaboration platforms, information governance, or security/compliance technologies.
- 5+ years cross-functional collaboration across Security, Compliance, Legal, and Records Management.
- 3+ years developing procedures for monitoring, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving complex system issues.
- 3+ years troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Hands-on experience administering, configuring, securing, and governing SharePoint Online.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Purview information governance and compliance capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online environments.
- Manage Purview information governance and compliance solutions.
- Implement and maintain content governance, data lifecycle management, and security policies.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Legal, Records Management, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Develop operational procedures, system documentation, and technical standards.
- Participate in enterprise technology projects as a technical lead or project team member.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Support Microsoft 365 collaboration services while ensuring platform security, availability, and performance.
- Assist with planning, implementing, and supporting enterprise collaboration solutions and governance initiatives.
