Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Senior SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to independently implement automations for various business needs using SharePoint and Power Platform.

The role includes supporting SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other M365 tools, handling service requests and incidents, and deploying solutions across environments. Collaboration with client stakeholders and adherence to delivery standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online and Power Platform development.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and M365 apps like Teams, OneDrive, Planner.
• Administration skills across Power Platform Admin Center, Teams/Groups, Planner administration.
• Strong design and architectural understanding for project development.
• Document configurations, migration steps, deployment procedures per Capgemini standards.
• Independently implement automations across lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Independently implement automations using SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Handle service requests and incidents for SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Design, build, and enhance Power Platform–based solutions integrated with M365 apps.
• Package, export, import, and deploy Power Platform solutions across environments.
• Collaborate with SharePoint Lead, M365 developers, and client stakeholders.
• Assist testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for end users.
• Document technical configurations, migration steps, and deployment procedures.
