Job summary

Senior Technical Application Manager with 7-10 years of experience in application management, SQL/database technologies, reporting, business analysis, and document management systems. The role will focus on analyzing business needs, translating requirements into technical/functional solutions, managing application enhancements, supporting users, and optimizing applications and processes.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating user stories, collaborating with Product Owners

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Application Management, Technical Analysis, and Business Systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
• Hands-on Visual Studio development experience.
• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, Expert Power.
• Experience with DocuWare, DocuSign, Nintex, MacroView, OneSpan e-sign, and Exact/BPA.
• Experience with SharePoint, MI Data Warehouse, Web Applications, and SQL.
• Strong in requirements gathering, user stories, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, specify, plan, implement, maintain, and optimize applications based on business requirements.
• Continuously monitor developments that may impact applications and assess their impact.
• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional/technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize user stories for Agile sprints.
• Plan and coordinate activities to deliver application enhancements, projects, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, and Expert Power.
• Provide application support to users, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance.
