Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a SharePoint Content Manager to lead content management for a knowledge management tool used to support the U.S. Army.

You will administer user access, metadata, and permissions while ensuring retention compliance and platform stability. The role requires SharePoint expertise, Power BI integration, and strong facilitation skills to guide working groups and stakeholders from requirements to solutions, with a Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree as baseline

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining sites and pages on SharePoint.
• Experience incorporating Power BI and automated tools into solutions.
• Experience facilitating meetings and leading working groups as an authoritative voice.
• Knowledge of knowledge management systems tools and best practices.
• Ability to help others troubleshoot issues with SharePoint development and content management.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to transform their technological requirements into solutions.
• Ability to manage various competing tasks and prioritize completing them within a tight deadline.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Administer user access, configuring metadata, auditing permissions, and ensuring compliance with retention schedules.
• Support platform stability, secure content management, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve knowledge management content systems for the U.S. Army.
