Osprey Life Sciences, LLC is a leading consulting and services firm focusing on Life Sciences IT. We seek a Senior SharePoint Developer/Architect to lead design, development, and support of a modern SharePoint Online environment within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, secure architecture, and collaboration with stakeholders, IT leadership, and partners to deliver scalable SharePoint solutions and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience translating UX/UI designs into production-ready SharePoint solutions.
• Ability to integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications and other Microsoft services.
• Experience designing secure authentication, governance, and document management in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to review designs, provide architectural guidance, and lead implementations.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed SharePoint/website designs for feasibility and alignment with best practices.
• Provide architectural recommendations during solution design.
• Design, develop, and deploy modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, libs, and components.
• Configure authentication, permissions, governance, and document management within Microsoft 365.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Teams, OneDrive, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with UX/design teams, IT leadership, and partners throughout development.
• Participate in design reviews, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Document designs, standards, governance, and support procedures.
