Job summary

Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. seeks a senior SharePoint Online & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions with emphasis on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, workflows, and intranet experiences.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role working with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specs and solutions. Working in a SAFe environment, you collaborate with Product Owners, implement DevOps practices, ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience; foreign degrees evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SharePoint Online development experience.
Proficiency with SPFx, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and PnP libraries/PowerShell.
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and governance, security, permissions.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, automated builds, and testing.
Strong communication with Product Owner and stakeholders; translate needs to solutions.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions and intranet experiences.
Build client-side apps using SPFx, React, TypeScript.
Develop Power Platform apps, flows, Dataverse, and Power BI integration.
Integrate SharePoint/M365 with enterprise systems using Graph API and REST.
Apply information architecture, security models, and governance standards.
Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD with Git and automated testing.
Explore AI-enabled experiences where valuable (Copilot, Viva Connections).
Troubleshoot and optimize existing SPO and M365 solutions.
Elicit requirements with stakeholders; produce functional specs and tests.
