Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a SharePoint Administrator for on-site, full-time work at our Redondo Beach, CA location. The role supports classified government contracts and requires strong SharePoint, Windows, and Power Platform skills.

You will collaborate with engineers and other admins, develop security documentation, and ensure compliance with strict security policies. A Secret clearance and Security+ are required.

Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's/Associate degree pathways with security clearance requirements.
• Must have Security+ or higher and current US Government Secret clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365 administration, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Windows Server, PowerShell, and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with SharePoint tools including workflows and forms.
• Ability to obtain/maintain access to Special Programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a SharePoint Systems Administrator for classified contracts.
• Maintain multi-user Windows-based systems and coordinate with network admins.
• Evaluate vendor products and make hardware/software recommendations.
• Develop and monitor policies for computing resource allocation.
• Prepare security documentation for regulatory agencies.
• Demonstrate teamwork with engineering users and other admins.
• Create accurate technical procedures and installation instructions.
• Plan schedules and manage objectives; multi-task as needed.
