AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environment Sr Manager to support a large, complex aviation construction project in Chicago. This senior-level role will lead and oversee safety, health, and environmental activities across the project.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction safety leadership experience, preferably supporting major aviation or mega construction projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Occupational Safety or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction safety management experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
• Commercial Construction Safety Management experience.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsabilités

• Assist ES&H Director in formulating and administering environmental safety and health policies and programs for home office and field operations.
• Assist in supervising ES&H activities and selecting project personnel.
• Plan and conduct training for project personnel; responsible for ES&H in policy, procedures, inspection, regulatory compliance and incident investigation.
• Represent the Company on technical committees and assist in local, state, federal and industry standards development.
