Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud components (AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect).
• Experience building responsive, dynamic email templates.
• Data modeling and customer segmentation experience.
• Experience SFMC integration with Salesforce CRM and third-party apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and ownership of deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SFMC solutions.
• Build and optimize dynamic email templates using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and personalization.
• Develop and maintain Automation Studio workflows, SQL queries, and data management processes.
• Integrate SFMC with external systems via Marketing Cloud APIs.
• Configure and support Marketing Cloud Connect integrations with Salesforce CRM.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SFMC issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Follow best practices for code quality, performance, security, and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
