Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of civil engineering experience related to sanitary sewer systems.
• At least five (5) years of progressively responsible management of utility operations and maintenance.
• Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Manages operation and maintenance of the sanitary sewer system and stormwater facilities.
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies and oversees division personnel needs.
• Develops long- and short-term goals for the Environmental Operations Division.
• Directs emergency response to sanitary sewer overflows and assists in resolution.
• Prepares and administers department budgets and capital projects.
• Represents the department with agencies, unions, and public stakeholders.
