Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Settlements Associate for a hybrid role in Edgewood, NY or Newark, NJ. You will deliver outsourced settlement processing and support to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely closes.

Daily tasks cover DVP/RVP resolution, fund movements, and end-of-day balancing, with a focus on quality service within contract parameters. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in DTC Settlements, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DTC Settlements experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Driven, self-motivated and open to process improvement.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate clearly with clients.
• Familiarity with DTC Settlements Web and DTCC portals.

Responsibilities

• Daily duties include RAD management, DK’s, free receives, and DVP/RVP difference resolution.
• Perform settlement processing, end-of-day balancing, and funding tasks.
• Handle buy-in processing, ETF settlements, and DWAC-related activities.
• Maintain accurate reporting and regulatory filings as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to optimize settlement workflows.
