Job summary

• Demonstrated strong experience with systems engineering and acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize relevant points in technical documentation to identify system requirements and constraints.
• Develop and/or implement tailored requirements processes to support system development and acquisition.
• Develop acquisition strategies and support the execution of contracts, including evaluating vendor proposals and assessing technical risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical notes, and other relevant materials.
• Analyze and assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize those risks.
• Support the development and implementation of systems engineering processes and procedures.
• Assist in crafting project review briefings for executive-level milestone presentations.
• Foster collaborative relationships through timely, precise communication with customer and contractor stakeholders.
• Strategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs
