Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a SETA Former COTR to provide senior advisory support to government customers in a SCIF environment. The candidate should have prior COTR/COR experience, an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, and a strong technical background in aerospace, electrical engineering, physics, or related discipline.

This role requires substantial acquisition experience in the NCR and the ability to draft and manage SOWs, SOOs, RFPs, and CDRLs, while coordinating with diverse stakeholders across government

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 15+ years of relevant IC/ national security experience.
• Experience as COTR/COR or similar government contract oversight role.
• Ability to work in a SCIF environment.
• Technical background in aerospace, electrical engineering, physics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior SETA support to government customers across technical, acquisition, contracting, and program execution activities.
• Advise government leadership on acquisition strategy, contract execution, technical requirements, and program documentation.
• Draft, review, and manage SOWs, SOOs, RFPs, and CDRLs.
• Support acquisition packages, technical requirements, contract deliverables, and source selection materials.
• Coordinate with contracting officers, PMs, technical leads, SETA teams, and industry partners.
• Support evaluations, planning, market research, and requirements in classified environments.
