Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a SETA Mission Support Member to provide mid-to-senior-level technical and operational support in the National Capital Region. You will support mission planning, technical analysis, operations coordination, and SETA activities tied to flight operations, ground site operations, modeling and simulation, and mission execution.

The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, direct Intelligence Community experience, and a technical background in aerospace,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 10+ years of IC experience in national security missions.
• Experience in IC flight operations and ground site operations.
• Ability to work in a SCIF.
• Technical background in aerospace, astronautical, electrical engineering, physics, or related.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop high-quality technical products, briefings, and recommendations for senior government stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, classified mission environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive requirements.
• Ability to support a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA mission support to government customers across technical, operational, and programmatic areas.
• Support mission planning, coordination, and execution activities involving flight operations and ground sites.
• Apply technical expertise to assess mission concepts, system performance, and readiness.
• Support modeling and simulation activities, scenario development, and mission performance assessment.
• Coordinate with government, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, industry, and mission partner stakeholders in classified environments.
• Develop, review, and delivery technical products, briefings, and recommendations for government leadership.
• Support operational planning and issue resolution in a SCIF environment.
• Maintain awareness of mission priorities and schedules affecting execution.
• Support a flexible work schedule as required.
