Job summary

American Regent is seeking a Set-Up Technician within the Manufacturing Team to support aseptic filling operations. You will assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and change parts management to maintain production schedules and quality standards.

The role requires reading SOPs, performing basic maintenance, and collaborating across maintenance, engineering, and production teams to drive continuous improvement in a sterile manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years as a Filling Operator, or 4+ years of similar work experience preferred.
• Ability to read Standard English documents such as SOPs, maintenance schedules and operating manuals.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist all team members with equipment assembly and cleaning to support manufacturing activities.
• Maintain inventories of change parts, supplies and equipment for fill lines.
• Operate and troubleshoot filling, capping and related equipment; perform setup and minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure GMP, GDP and proper documentation are followed in all tasks.
