Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead very large, multi-region initiatives across the organization. You will set strategic direction, oversee budgets, and ensure alignment with sponsor visions.

You will mentor teams, manage cross-functional relationships, and supervise other project managers as part of a global program. Strong scheduling, governance, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Job description

• Manage very large, complex, multi-region or global internal projects
• Define strategies to achieve sponsors’ vision of end-state transformations
• Manage project financials, business impact, approved budgets, and reliable financial forecasts
• Manage complex multi-function and/or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
• Manage internal and external project resources, generally with teams larger than 20 people across multiple regions
• Provide detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
• Mentor others and support individual development
• Manage projects affecting more than three organizations or the enterprise
• Manage a portfolio of projects or a program and supervise other project managers
• Use advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet stakeholder deadlines

Requirements

• Advanced University degree
• 10+ years in like project management roles or related roles/businesses
• In-depth knowledge of Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
• Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
• Recognized as a leader in the Services PM Profession community
• PMP Certified
• Experience managing complex, very large, multi-region or global projects
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, and forecasts
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience managing internal and external resources and teams generally larger than 20 people
• Experience managing projects affecting more than three organizations or the enterprise
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects or a program and supervising other project managers
• Advanced scheduling and coordination skills
