Job summary

SAP NS2 seeks a seasoned Services Controller to partner with Sales and Finance, driving revenue growth and profitability for the Services business. You will lead forecasting, close processes, and performance analysis in a fast-growing cloud services unit.

The role requires 10+ years in Finance/Controlling, strong SAP/Excel skills, and the ability to present insights to senior leaders. Hybrid work model offered with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across hierarchy levels.
• Proficient in SAP IT systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify top priority deals.
• Provide proactive financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure accurate P&L reflection and coordinate with finance partners.
• Forecast costs with NS2 board and management.
• Lead continuous improvement and alignment with SAP.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing for Services controlling.
