Envision Technology Solutions seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. You will partner with sales and delivery teams to craft value-driven solutions and articulate value to executive stakeholders, shaping winning opportunities.

Ideal candidates have Senior Architect experience with ServiceNow platform assessments, ITIL processes, and end-to-end implementation leadership across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD&Cmdb.

Qualifications

• Senior Architect with ServiceNow implementation and transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of platform assessment and best-practice recommendations.
• Experience in ITIL processes and integrations.
• Led end-to-end ServiceNow deployments across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/HAM/SAM/CMDB.
• Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator and ITIL v3 foundation; CTA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and best-practices per customer requirements.
• Review development work and enforce coding standards.
• Provide technical direction from definition to implementation.
• Lead end-to-end transformations and multi-instance mergers.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
