Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementations.
• Experience leading solutions design, development, and implementing applications with ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology with 5+ years of architecture experience.
• Mentorship to architects and senior developers.
• Agile operating model experience.
• Establishes strategic technology direction and architecture vision.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Developed target state roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Experience with cloud-native migration and API strategy.

Responsibilities

• Development responsibility within a major segment of Technology Architecture in support of the ServiceNow/IT business unit.
• Works with leadership to develop priorities and direction for business imperatives.
• Demonstrates thought leadership in modern architecture and technology modernization.
• Drives continuous transformation to minimize technical debt.
• Partners with Senior Software Engineering to execute technologies.
• Defines target state architecture and roadmaps for the enterprise.
• Ensures IT initiatives align with the target state.
• Communicates architectural direction to stakeholders.
• Attracts and recruits top architecture talent.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
