Job summary

Verus Mortgage Capital is seeking a detail‑oriented QA Analyst to support its ServiceNow development team and coordinate QA efforts across the organization.

You will lead UAT coordination across multiple business units, help build automated regression testing capabilities, and cross‑train as backup for web application QA/UAT processes. This role offers variety and cross‑functional collaboration in Bloomington, MN.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA Analyst or similar role.
• Experience testing ServiceNow applications, workflows, or configurations or strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with UAT coordination and working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid QA fundamentals: test case design, defect tracking, regression testing, and test documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ServiceNow developers to test new features and custom applications prior to release.
• Design, execute, and document test cases and plans for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using ServiceNow or defect tracking tools.
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing after changes are deployed.
• Coordinate UAT across multiple business teams and facilitaten sessions and sign-offs.
• Develop UAT test scripts and scenarios with stakeholders and developers.
• Support automation tool evaluation and help expand automated regression coverage.
• Cross-train to support web application QA/UAT and assist with triaging tickets and change requests.
