Job summary

PSG Global Solutions seeks an experienced ServiceNow QA Tester/Analyst to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. You will conduct functional, integration, regression, and API testing, including CMDB validation and platform upgrade testing.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing tests, validating REST/SOAP APIs, and supporting upgrades and ATF automation. Requires 3+ years ServiceNow testing and strong analytical, communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of software QA/testing experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping or Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience testing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, defect management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes test plans, test cases, and test scripts; perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Tests ServiceNow applications, workflows, CMDB enhancements, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI relationships, including CMDB data accuracy and integrity.
• Validates REST/SOAP API integrations, MID Servers, and third-party applications.
• Supports ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases, including automated testing using ServiceNow ATF when applicable.
• Identifies, documents, tracks, and retests defects through resolution while collaborating with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders; maintain testing documentation and quality metrics.
