Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ServiceNow consulting experience across multiple modules.
• 5+ years in business analysis with requirements gathering and mapping.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and engage stakeholders.
• 1–2 years in leading engagements and working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery and workshops to define client-specific solutions.
• Advise on ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.
• Develop process workflows, training materials, and client collateral.
• Capture requirements, document flows, and perform gap analyses.
• Support go-live activities and drive solution adoption with stakeholders.
