Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Platform Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for ServiceNow in a data center and infrastructure-heavy environment. You will guide a small team of developers and administrators, ensuring scalable, supportable solutions aligned with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Data Model practices.

You will collaborate with operations, security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions, oversee integrations,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience including configuration, integration, administration or support.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow ITSM across incident, problem, change, request, catalog, knowledge, approvals and service levels.
• 3+ years providing technical leadership, mentoring, or day-to-day direction to ServiceNow developers/administrators.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical lead for ServiceNow design, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, release support, and governance.
• Mentor and review work for 3–4 ServiceNow developers/admins.
• Improve workflows for incident, major incident, problem, change, request, catalog, knowledge, approvals and service levels.
