Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
15+ years IT experience in ServiceNow platform engineering, architecture, or development.
5+ years of leading global teams.
Experience designing and scaling large ServiceNow implementations.
Experience modernizing development practices with automation and governance.
Experience deploying AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities into production.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver a multi-year ServiceNow engineering roadmap aligned to business priorities.
Lead cross-functional, global delivery teams ensuring architectural consistency.
Advance ServiceNow development practices: CI/CD, automated testing, release governance.
Scale AI capabilities like Now Assist, predictive intelligence, and intelligent workflow.
Establish platform standards and governance for secure, scalable solutions.
Mentor teams, drive inclusive hiring, and succession planning.
Partner with architecture, security, data, and product teams to enable AI-enabled workflows.
Monitor metrics on delivery velocity, quality, adoption, and service experience.
