Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect - Manager to lead end-to-end platform architecture across cyber and risk domains. You will own designs from pre-sales to delivery, define integration strategies, and guide governance across engagements.

The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (IRM, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, TPRM), strong executive communication, and the ability to mentor senior consultants while shaping delivery accelerators.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 6+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in a client-facing role
• 5+ years leading as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow implementations
• 5+ years across ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, TPRM modules
• 5+ years designing end-to-end architectures with data models and integration patterns
• 5+ years integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, API hubs and MID Server
• Executive-level communication skills to speak with CIO/CISO/CRO

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture for cyber and risk implementations
• Designing comprehensive technical architecture including data models, integration patterns and security models
• Leading pre-sales technical activities including scoping, architecture presentations, and proposals
• Providing architecture governance across multiple engagements and mentoring senior consultants
• Architecting cross-module solutions across IRM, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, and TPRM
• Defining and enforcing platform governance standards and update strategies
• Presenting strategies to client executives and translating technical concepts for business leaders
• Collaborating with practice leadership on capability building and differentiation
