CACI International Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator in Chantilly, VA, to support a DoD program. You will maintain self-hosted ServiceNow instances, collaborate across teams, and oversee upgrades while ensuring secure, reliable IT services for mission success.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, active DoD Secret clearance, and certifications or equivalent credentials. It is onsite five days a week with opportunities to contribute to enterprise ITSM, service desk, and

Competenze

12+ years of relevant experience; degree may substitute for 5 years.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
At least one of: Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer.
Must meet DoD 8570/8140 Cyber Workforce requirements (Security+).

Mansioni

Serve as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator in a large enterprise.
Create and maintain internal technical docs, manuals, policies, and processes.
Collaborate with Developers, PMs, Testers, and Production Support to deliver solutions.
Manage and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow instances.
Participate in off-hours on-call support and platform monitoring.
Oversee patch and upgrade cycles and change promotions.
Assist with production troubleshooting and logs/data artifacts.
Support clone-downs and ensure minimal disruption.
