JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Cloud Integration Engineer for a remote contract role of 6–12 months. You will lead discovery, cloud integrations (AWS, Kubernetes), and CMDB data quality initiatives across enterprise environments.

Apply your hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, MID Servers, and OAuth-enabled integrations. Strong troubleshooting and scripting will drive reliability and improve discovery health and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Troubleshoot SSH/WMI connectivity and discovery failures.
• Knowledge of CMDB identification and reconciliation and multi-source data management.
• Scripting skills and automation for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, including Horizontal Discovery, MID Servers, discovery schedules, and patterns.
• Implement and support AWS and Kubernetes integrations, including Amazon EKS.
• Troubleshoot SSH/WMI connectivity issues, discovery failures, and cloud inventory collection.
• Support Service Graph Connector for AWS and Kubernetes Visibility Agent integrations.
• Resolve OAuth and authentication issues affecting discovery and integrations.
• Troubleshoot the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), multi-source identification, and source reconciliation.
• Monitor discovery coverage, identify errors, and improve discovery health and data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain health dashboards, automation, and error-reduction processes.
• Apply scripting and advanced troubleshooting techniques to improve discovery reliability and operational efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Cloud Integration Engineer to support enterprise discovery, cloud integrations, and CMDB data quality initiatives. Required Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS and Kubernetes/EKS environments.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Horizontal Discovery, MID Servers, discovery schedules, and patterns.
• Knowledge of Service Graph Connector for AWS, cloud inventory, and Kubernetes Visibility Agent.
• Experience troubleshooting SSH/WMI connectivity, OAuth, authentication, and cloud discovery failures.
• Strong understanding of IRE, CMDB identification and reconciliation, and multi‑source data management.
• Scripting skills and experience with automation and complex technical troubleshooting.

Compensation

Estimated Hourly Rate: $75–$80/hr (W-2)

Final compensation within this range will depend on skills, experience, and interview results.
