Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management.
• Possession of ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams to deliver successful projects.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and develop solutions.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team and ensure quality project deliverables.
