Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressively increasing responsibility with ServiceNow applications (HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Knowledge Management).
- 5+ years hands-on development configuring ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
- 5+ years generating reports for analysis, data auditing and supporting requests from various business teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmap, including colleague portal and HR Knowledge Management.
- Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
- Deliver enhancements, project requests and defects with optimal, scalable solutions.
- Gather requirements, analyze processes, perform fit-gap analysis, design configurations and testing.
- Create documentation at each stage and mentor team members.
