Job summary

InDev is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to serve as the technical authority and delivery leader for a DHS ServiceNow contract. You will manage the modernization of multiple ServiceNow applications and oversee all aspects of formal agile delivery, working with solution architects and business stakeholders to drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will mentor the delivery team, own delivery outcomes, track KPIs, and ensure on-time, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering, architecture, and/or technical leadership.
• Strong technical background (software engineering, systems architecture, or similar).
• Deep understanding of SaaS Low-Code/No-Code workflow platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience with KPI tracking, roadmap planning, scope definition, and timelines.
• Experience leading engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability communicating complex technical concepts.
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery teams to the customer.
• Lead customer meetings including sprint reviews, status updates, roadmap discussions, and issue resolution.
• Lead design reviews, solution discussions, and technical briefings.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions.
• Own technical delivery outcomes (quality, scalability, performance).
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement in collaboration with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and remove blockers.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical implementation.
• Maintain strong understanding of the product architecture, capabilities, and limitations.
• Partner with Solution Architects to design scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional team members.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Drive process improvements across delivery workflows.
• Ensure documentation standards and governance requirements are met.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Leadership & Engagement

Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active DHS Clearance, DoD Top Secret Clearance, or Q-level Clearance.
