Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support Information Security processes across the organization. You will own end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules, collaborating with global teams including the U.S.

and offshore support, to deliver scalable, ITIL-aligned solutions. You will gather requirements, map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and configure and test platform enhancements while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on implementation, configuration, and development on the ServiceNow platform.
• ITIL service management, CMDB design and governance.
• Ability to elicit requirements, map processes, and write user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication across business, technology and security functions.
• Experience working with offshore teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules for Information Security processes.
• Enable and enhance workflows for security-related modules and integration points.
• Gather requirements, map processes, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Configure, test, and promote changes through production with controlled releases.
• Ensure platform health, data quality, CMDB integrity, and secure access across modules.
• Provide day-to-day user support and handle ServiceNow-related incidents within SLAs.
• Collaborate with US, offshore, and external vendors to deliver scalable outcomes.
• Document technical and process standards aligned with ITIL, CMDB, and ServiceNow best practices.
