The position is onsite at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis, with responsibilities including mentoring junior staff and ensuring platform reliability, security, and compliance with ITIL and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience in a similar role may be considered.
• Experience building complex ServiceNow solutions with custom applications and integrations.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
• On-site work at Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis is required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, advanced scripting, integrations, and workflows.
• Lead major enhancements, module deployments, platform upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with analysts and partners to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Develop Glide Scripts, Flow Designer logic, API integrations, and secure configurations.
• Diagnose production issues and ensure platform stability.
• Maintain architectural docs and IT governance alignment.
