BCforward is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Charlotte, NC for a 12-month contract. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, with a focus on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CAD certification is required.
• 3–5+ years developing and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Implement solutions using platform capabilities including custom apps, APIs, business rules, flows, catalog items, and portals.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned to enterprise standards.
• Participate in SDLC phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Support release management through governance, change control, and DevOps practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ensure solutions meet security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ongoing platform enhancements.
