Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions onsite in Princeton, NJ. You will own integrations, automate workflows, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform changes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong experience with REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub, and a track record in large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow components and integrations.
Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across workflows, forms, catalog items, automation, and integrations.
Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
Analyze upstream and downstream dependencies to avoid breaking changes.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
