Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience in multi-domain and IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position within the Tech Services industry, ideal for candidates with over 5 years of relevant experience, especially in Change Management and Service Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Configure and enhance core and custom applications.
• Collaborate with end users to resolve support issues.
• Develop integrations and automate processes within ServiceNow.
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Develop portal web pages using frameworks like Bootstrap and Angular.
• Test and validate system changes to ensure they meet requirements.
• Work with other administrators to develop global solutions.
• Manage ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience in ITSM, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or Bootstrap.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
