Senior ServiceNow Developer (Multi-domain / ITSM)

Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 per year

About us: We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Developer with experience in multi-domain and ITSM, especially in Change Management and Service Catalog. The role requires at least 5+ years of relevant experience to help drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and enhance core and custom applications.
• Collaborate with end users to resolve support issues.
• Develop system integrations and automate processes.
• Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, UI pages, Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters.
• Create and customize portal web pages using Bootstrap, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Test and validate system changes to meet user and business needs.
• Work with other administrators to develop global solutions.
• Manage ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience with ITSM, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or Bootstrap.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
