This is a permanent position within our Tech Services industry that requires a candidate who is experienced in multi-domain and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and Service Catalog. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience and the ability to use this experience to drive our business forward.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, designing, and owning technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Configuring and improving core and custom applications.
• Working directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
• Developing system integrations and process automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Creating and configuring Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.
• Developing and delivering customized portal web pages in ServiceNow using Bootstrap, Angular, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Conducting thorough testing and validation of all system changes, ensuring they meet both user and business needs.
• Collaborating effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop global solutions.
• Handling and managing ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
  
  

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the ServiceNow Developer position should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role within the Tech Services industry.
• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and good knowledge of any one of the JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap, etc.
• Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and be able to drive the right solutions to meet business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and come up with effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• ITIL certification will be considered a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
