The ideal candidate will implement and customize ServiceNow modules, work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and maintain CMDB, Incident, Change, and Knowledge Management processes. Financial services domain experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/application development.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• Financial Services industry experience.
• CSA and CAD certifications required.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
• Update Sets, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management modules.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and stakeholder communication.
