System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Custom Application Developer to design and implement scalable ServiceNow apps for a financial services environment across Lafayette LA and other metro locations.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, REST integrations, Flow Designer, and proactive collaboration with Agile teams, leveraging AWS and GenAI tooling to boost delivery quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow Scoped Applications and custom solutions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS services and other external platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation, integrations, and data processing.
• Ability to build scalable, maintainable solutions that align with enterprise and security standards.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams.
• Familiarity with AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI tools, or GenAI coding assistants.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.

• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated enterprise environments is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
• AWS experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
