Job summary

DRS IT Solutions seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Atlanta, GA to design, build, and support enterprise ServiceNow capabilities. The role collaborates with product owners, service managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions with platform governance in mind.

The candidate will mentor peers, ensure adherence to best practices, and work in a 3–6 month contract, local to Georgia, open to 1099 engagement. Local candidates strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise/large-scale environments.
• 3+ years building and supporting custom apps using App Engine Studio.
• 3+ years working within Agile or sprint-based delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements across environments.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on stability, performance, and upgrade compatibility.
• Review and approve development work to ensure adherence to platform standards and security requirements.
