JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise ServiceNow applications. The role requires hands-on development, App Engine Studio expertise, integration skills, and mentoring capabilities.

The candidate will design, test, and deploy across environments, build custom apps, and implement automation using Flow Designer and UI Builder. Strong security, governance, and Agile collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
3+ years building and supporting custom applications using App Engine Studio.
Strong experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Scripted REST APIs, and GlideRecord.
Advanced knowledge of Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
Experience with Configurable Workspace and UI Builder.
Understanding of ACLs, roles, permissions, and ServiceNow security.
Experience developing REST-based integrations and JSON data exchanges.
Experience with platform governance, development standards, and upgrade-safe design.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile or sprint-based development environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
Build and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and scoped apps.
Develop server-side solutions with Script Includes, Business Rules, Scripted REST APIs, and GlideRecord.
Configure Flow Designer, subflows, and automated workflows.
Develop UI experiences with Configurable Workspace and UI Builder.
Implement inbound/outbound integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
Apply ACLs, roles, permissions, and platform governance best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Review development for compliance with standards and security.
Create technical documentation and runbooks.
Mentor developers on best practices.
