Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Custom Application Developer to design and build scalable ServiceNow scoped applications for a regulated financial services setting. You will implement custom platform solutions, automate workflows, and integrate REST APIs in AWS-heavy environments.

The role requires strong Python automation skills, hands-on ServiceNow development, and collaboration in Agile teams. A ServiceNow Certified Application Developer cert is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years building ServiceNow Scoped Applications and custom solutions.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS and external platforms.
• Strong Python automation, integration, and data processing skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams with strong documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and support scalable ServiceNow scoped applications for a financial services environment.
• Develop maintainable applications, automations, integrations, and workflows per enterprise standards.
• Apply platform scripting and REST API integrations to deliver platform solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.
• Work in AWS-heavy environments and leverage AI assisted development tools.
