***The location for this position is Addison, TX (Position allows full remote work from anywhere in the U.S.)***

What will I be doing?

Serve as a key contributor to grow Hilton ServiceNow platform. Drive the digitization of the workplace and improve the user experience for our Team Members. Collaborate with the Director of ServiceNow and focus on delivering service management solutions for Hilton teams. Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, including the implementation of Service catalog items, Service Mapping, CMDB Discovery, Integrations, Workflow, and Automation. Ensure platform consistency across development, test, and production environments. The job requires up to 10% domestic travel.

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 per year
