Job description

***The location for this position is Addison, TX (Position allows full remote work from anywhere in the U.S.)***

What will I be doing?

Serve as a key contributor to grow Hilton ServiceNow platform. Drive the digitization of the workplace and improve the user experience for our Team Members. Collaborate with the Director of ServiceNow and focus on delivering service management solutions for Hilton teams. Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, including the implementation of Service Catalog items, Service Mapping, CMDB Discovery, Integrations, Workflow, and Automation. Ensure platform consistency across development, test, and production environments. The role requires up to 10% domestic travel.

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, Software Developer, or related role.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and development, including JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of Scrum or Agile development processes.
• Experience with Orchestration, workflow automation, and integration development using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
• Solid understanding of the Common Service Data Model, CMDB, user-centered design, and building scalable web and mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires up to 10% domestic travel.
