Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Sales Services Coordinator to support events from sale to execution, delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests. You will respond to inquiries, assist with client meetings, coordinate site visits, and manage BEOs and reports.

The role requires 1–3 years in hotel sales or related areas and fluent English/Spanish communication. The position emphasizes organization, CRM usage, and Excel-driven reporting.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • to 3 years of experience in: Hotel sales, Hospitality administration, Sales support, Customer service, Event coordination.
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong Excel skills including spreadsheets, tracking logs, and reporting.
  • CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, Delphi, CI/TY, or comparable sales software).
  • Knowledge of hotel sales processes, group bookings, and catering/event coordination preferred.
  • Ability to prepare and manage: Contracts, Proposals, RFP responses, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), Booking reports.
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Highly organized; Customer-focused; Comfortable with multiple deadlines; Detail-oriented; Technology savvy; Professional in appearance and communication.
