Job summary

Nordic is expanding its ServiceNow practice and seeking experienced ServiceNow Consultants for upcoming client engagements. You will design, implement, optimize, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules.

Ideal candidates hold a CSA certification, 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Work may be remote or onsite, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience required.
• Experience supporting, implementing, or configuring multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and system configurations; recommend and implement ServiceNow best practice solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from client stakeholders.
• Configure, implement, test, and support ServiceNow applications and modules based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, catalogs, reports, dashboards, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with client teams to design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Apply technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues and defects.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide guidance and best practice recommendations to clients and project team members.
