Overview

We have formed strategic partnerships with several leading tech companies, including ServiceNow, to drive transformation from a solid tech platform. With ServiceNow, we are establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) located in India (Pune and Bangalore) supported by Global Locations across UK and US, which will support our transformation priorities. ServiceNow is integral to the creation of digital workflows throughout the Bank's global operations and will help us simplify operations, empower employees, improve customer service, and bring innovation to market faster.

You will be joining the Foundational Platforms team within Automation Platform/GTI as a Senior Engineer. The team is responsible for engineering the ServiceNow platform that manages the bank's CMDB, ITOM, ITAM (SAM, HAM), and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Request, and others). It is one of the most used applications within the Bank.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for ITSM processes, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, and support relevant development teams
• Liaise with Product Teams, customers, and stakeholders, acting as the Business/functional counterpart for solution identification
• Analyze incoming demand requests and translate them into technical stories for the backlog
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Show & Tell, and Retrospectives
• Support business strategy, plans, and values, contributing to a high-performance team culture
• Collaborate with developers and architects to analyze and resolve defects

Skills You'll Need

• Advanced experience in dynamic IT environments
• Proficient in ServiceNow Business Analysis
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow, especially in areas like ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM
• Experience translating high-level requirements into technical stories with stakeholders of varying seniority

Skills to Help You Excel

• ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM are advantageous
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Expectations

This role requires working in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
