This role will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and drive stakeholder alignment across the enterprise to deliver scalable Service Catalog solutions. You will partner with business owners, development teams, and leadership to evaluate impacts, define acceptance criteria, and governance standards, aiming to improve

Qualifications

• Solid background in business process and requirements gathering.
• 3–6 years of experience documenting and analyzing business processes as end-user agile stories.
• Experience within ITSM, ITOM, ServiceNow processes.
• Scrum Master skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders, owning intake analysis and discovery across enterprise.
• Lead cross-functional conversations, influence prioritization and solution tradeoffs.
• Collect requirements and design solutions to meet business processes.
• Establish story acceptance criteria and metrics, ensuring clear intent.
• Translate technical complexities to business owners to drive solutions.
• Coordinate between business owners and agile development team to ensure shared understanding.
• Assist in process standards, catalog governance, workflow modernization, and continuous improvement.
