Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Specialist (ServiceNow) to lead asset management across DoS operations under the GMOS contract. You will guide a high-performing team, manage CMDB and license data, and drive lifecycle processes in a federal IT environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance, ServiceNow expertise, and strong leadership to ensure compliance and optimized asset usage across 350+ sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years in IT asset or configuration management, ServiceNow, or ITSM.
Strong knowledge of software license management, compliance requirements, and licensing models.
Experience leading enterprise-scale asset management programs and teams.

Responsibilities

Manage tracking of hardware/software inventory using ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management across 350+ facilities.
Oversee license transfers, audits, and vendor information in ServiceNow records.
Plan periodic audits of equipment and license assignments for compliance and optimization.
Lead asset management lifecycle from procurement to disposal with governance.
Coordinate with Service Desk and IT groups to ensure CMDB accuracy and asset provisioning.
Develop ServiceNow workflows for asset management and lifecycle transitions.
Produce dashboards and reports on inventory, license utilization, and forecasting.
